I am Antiqua Lisha and I have been living a life of balance and clarity for many years now. I have learned how to create peace in my life.

But nearly 16 years ago, my trauma caught up with me. I  was running around with adrenal failure, I had no idea how to slow down. I was constantly pushing myself, always under stress and everyone around me felt it. I felt like I was running for my life and never crossing the finish line. It felt like no matter what I did, it was never enough.

Then it hit me, the constant fight or flight got the best of me, I could not even fake it, I could not walk up a flight of stairs.  My food stopped digesting and my energy drained out of my body.  I lost my job, gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks and needless to say crashed and burned.

That is when I began to study the tools I am going to share with you.  It has been 16 years since my journey to peace began, my adrenals are healthy, I get a ton done and have a lot of fun.  I am healthy and honestly look better now at 41 then I did at 24 when the walls came crashing down on me.
